Industrial Parks
The county has Two Industrial Parks, one in Belington and the other in Philippi.
The Belington Industrial Park
The Belington Industrial Park attracts businesses related to the wood and timber industry, such as B&B Lumber Company, Global Traders furniture manufacturing, Coastal Lumber Company, the Talbott Lumber Company, West Virginia Hardwoods, Ricottili Fencing, Leo P. Ware & Sons, Ware Sawmill, and Abenki Timber Corporation. There are more than 50 additional acres in the park available for development with utilities access.
The Philippi Industrial Park
The Philippi Industrial Park contains more than 22 acres and a 50,000 square-foot multi-tenant building. The park is the site of the Philifilm Plastics Company, which produces fine sheet plastic from recycled plastic PET.
