He is a native of Clay County, West Virginia. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education Safety and a Master of Arts Degree in Administration from West Virginia University. He was School Administrator, Principal of the Monongalia County School System from 1972-2005. He was Executive Director of the Barbour County Community Development Corporation and past president of the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce. He is a member and serves on the board of numerous organizations throughout the state and is very active in community involvement in Barbour County. Jerry is looking forward to promoting economic development in Barbour County through business retention and new business attraction. |

Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Alice later moved to Daytona Beach, Florida where she spent 20 years serving as Deputy Clerk for the Clerk of Court for Volusia County, Florida. After retiring in 1997, Alice and her husband moved to Barbour County and she began working with the Development Authority in 1999. |
